    Hello,

    During the orientation we were given instructions on registering with RenWeb. I need assistance with signing up.

    Here are the steps I did:

    1. Registered as a First-time user on RenWeb. Waited for email.
    2. Received welcome e-mail from RenWeb with a 6 digit password.
    3. Went back to RenWeb, clicked on “Parents” tab, inputted same email address inputted, 6 digit password inputted.
    4. Received a “e-mail address or password does not match our records”.
    5. Triple checked, triple entered, same issue.
    6. Tried a different browser, same issue.
    7. Registered the other e-mail address I submitted to SBCS. Got another welcome email.
    8. Performed the same steps above (this time inputting second email address & new password), still no joy, getting same error in #4.

    Please advise, thanks.

    Hello Ron,

    I’d like to sign-up for renweb but when I click the link, it will asked me for the school ID but don’t know…please advise so I can proceed 🙂
