“QUARTER QUEST” — Fourth grade students entertain the clients of Guma San Jose with a dance number at a luncheon they hosted for them last May 1, 2009, on the feast of St. Joseph. The event was a culmination of the students’ “Quarter Quest” project, a brain child of their teacher, Ms. Joyce Guevara. Throughout the school year, the students collected quarters on recycled plastic containers and collectively raised $1.609.00. They used the money raised to reach out to the poor and needy in the community. Congratulations to the students and Ms. Guevara for this very noble project.

Members of the main cast of “Seussical” performed for the patients at the Guam Memorial Hospital Pediatrics and Senior Nursing Unit as part of their outreach project to the community last Saturday, May 2, 2009. Thank you, students and teachers for spreading “Seussical” cheers to the patients.
