NEW / RETURNING STUDENTS
AGE REQUIREMENT
- For Pre-Kindergarten (K4): Applicants must be four years old by (before or on) December 31 of the academic year for which he/she is seeking admission. *They must also be potty-trained.
- For Kindergarten: Applicants must be five years old by (before or on) December 31 of the academic year for which he/she is seeking admission.
STEP 1. Download and fill-in the REGISTRATION PACKET.
*You may detach the MEDICAL CLEARANCE FORM for submission no later than July 31, 2024.
STEP 2. Submit the following documents to the SBCS Main Office for review. Documents may be emailed to info@sbcs.edu.gu or submitted in-person.
- Registration Packet – Registration Form, Financial Obligation Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of most recent report card and Transcript of Records from previous school
* Other required documents that may be submitted no later than July 31, 2024 in order to start attending classes:
- Copy of Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- Medical Clearance Form
- Updated Immunization Record
- Updated PPD
STEP 3. You will be contacted by the school to schedule an entrance interview/assessment.
STEP 4. Pay the non-refundable assessment fee ($50.00) prior to assessment at the Business Office.
STEP 5. Upon completion of assessment, pay Registration Fees to Business Office to secure enrollment.
Sign the REQUEST FOR RECORDS FORM (to be forwarded to child’s previous school if records were NOT hand-carried).
STEP 6. Submit all other required documents no later than July 31, 2024.
NOTE: Acceptance of students who wish to enroll after classes have already started/mid-year will depend on availability of slots and review of documents. ALL DOCUMENTS listed above must be ready prior to the assessment/interview date and attendance of classes at SBCS.
Assessment reminders:
- Unless these were emailed – please bring your registration packet/any hard copies of forms or documents that are available for submission to the office.
- Be prepared with payment for the $50.00 assessment fee.
- Writing materials will be provided.
- Assessments for K4 to Kindergarten may take up to 1 hour, and are preferably done with the parent/guardian outside of the room. You may wait in the receiving area of the office.
- Assessments for 1st grade may take up to 2 hours. Assessments for 2nd to 8th grade may take from 3 to 4 hours. You may wait in the receiving area of the office, or step out while they are taking the assessment. You will be contacted when your child is almost finished. *Students will be allowed to take breaks (bathroom and snack breaks). You may have them bring food and water.
- If you have more than one child entering from 2nd to 8th grade, they may take the assessment at the same time. K4 to 1st grade assessments are one-on-one and will be scheduled at a separate time.
- Results and next steps will be discussed immediately after completion of the assessment.
OLD STUDENTS
Enrollment for SY 2023-2024 continues to be on a first come, first served basis. A $500 deposit is required to secure enrollment for returning students. The remaining registration fees can be settled until June 30, 2024. A late fee will be collected for payments made after this date.

TEMPORARY REGISTRATION (INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS)
Please note that we only accept students who apply through an agency approved by the Archdiocese of Agana. We do not work with individuals at this time.
Registration of temporary students is limited, and will depend on enrollment of local students (class size).
Regular schoolyear: August to May of the next year
Summer Camp: TBA
