SBCS participates in Mangkhut Relief Efforts

On September 14, SBCS families donated canned goods, water, other nonperishable items to the Guam Fire Department efforts to collect relief goods for Rota. Despite the short notice, we have collected a lot and we are truly thankful for everyone in the SBCS community.
On September 20, SBCS students dressed down for a cause. They came to school in their island wear instead of uniforms. For the privilege of dressing down, students contributed $2 each. All proceeds go to those affected by typhoon Manghkhut in Guam, Rota, Tinian, Saipan, and the Philippines through the Mercy Relief Efforts of the Sisters of Mercy.

Thank You Mr. Art Chan and Hawaiian Rock Products

We are happy to share that through the assistance of our very own parent and former PTO President, Mr. Arthur Chan, we received a generous donation from Hawaiian Rock Products (HRP) to pave our parking lot for free, inclusive of the materials and labor. We thank Mr. Arthur Chan and HRP for this wonderful donation to the school.

Thank you and more power to Hawaiian Rock Products! God bless you a hundredfold for your generosity.
